UPGRADES

To speed up production it is often necessary to upgrade existing gearboxes.  With our highly trained design team, gear sets can be optimised for increased torque and speed within the existing envelope with little or no compromise for life rating, noise, vibration or efficiency.

CUSTOM DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE

With an in-house design service its easy to convey ideas and concepts into working assemblies. This process eliminates errors and speeds up production.

GEAR INSPECTION

The Magg SP130 Gear Inspection Machine is a valuable asset as it checks and confirms the gears that we cut and grind.  This machine can also diagnose problems that customers are having with gears and gearboxes.  With a 2 tonne capacity most gears can be accommodated.

OVERHAUL SERVICE

We offer a complete overhaul service out of our facilities. From a standard bearing and seal replacement to a complete overhaul including up rating gear sets which are ground to high AGMA, DIN standards by our up to date CNC gear grinding and cutting equipment.
